Wanda does a very thorough job when she is representing you as her client. She communicates well and remains in constant contact to keep you apprised of all aspects of your real estate situation. She has lived in Baldwin County for many years, knows the area well and will walk you through every aspect of the real estate deal. I have worked with Wanda several times in the last 10 years. She was exceptional at helping us achieve our dreams. First she helped us find our slice of paradise on Fish River, then strategically priced our current home which sold in a week. Then once our Fish River home was built she helped us sell our investment rental property. Again she strategically priced and sold immediately. She worked her contacts before we listed so it was quick. And just recently she helped us look at a commercial land opportunity. I highly recommend Wanda.

When I needed to sell a house in another state and buy one in Baldwin County, Alabama, I requested referrals from the list of real estate agents that USAA had vetted and approved. In Baldwin County, USAA recommended Wanda to me. She is a well-established, experienced, and knowledgeable professional. Wanda was patient with me and accommodating of my unusual needs and requirements. I enjoyed working with her and am very happy with the house she helped me to buy.

Wanda was a most attentive agent. She was quick to respond to our phone calls and questions. Very knowledgeable of the area and very good to provide additional information and resources, i.e. surveys, zoning, builders. Was good to help us with unforeseen hiccups during the purchasing process. Reassuring during the stressful portions of closing. Sincere in her desire to help even after the sale. We had an after closing problem and she was quick to ensure it was resolved.

There is no better realtor than Wanda Harris. This sharp lady knows her market and will help you get the most bang for your buck. She is easy to speak to, quick to respond, and extremely patient. A true asset. Tell her what you are looking for and she will help you find it. I liked her so much that every member of my family has used her for a home purchase.
